Returns – withdrawal from the contract

This English version is provided for information only. The Polish version is legally binding.
If you buy in our shop as a private individual (or as a sole trader buying with consumer rights), you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract – without giving any reason.
Let us know
Write to kontakt@skybiotic.com – all we need is the order number and a statement that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can also send the form below. You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to do so.
Send the products back
Within 14 days of informing us, to: Skybiotic sp. z o.o., ul. Zacisze 5, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland. You cover the cost of sending them back. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
Get your refund
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice – using the same payment method, including the cost of the cheapest delivery option. We may withhold the refund until we receive the parcel or proof that it has been sent.
Important information
- Cosmetics in sealed packaging: if you break the packaging seal (e.g. film or seal) after delivery, the right of withdrawal does not apply – for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
- The 14-day deadline is met if you send us your statement before it expires – by email or by post.
- Pack the products carefully, preferably in the original packaging, so that they are not damaged in transit.
- Businesses (other than entrepreneurs with consumer rights) do not have a statutory right of withdrawal – write to us and we will try to help.
If a product is damaged or does not match your order, this is not a return but a complaint – in that case we cover the costs. See: Complaints.

Using the form is not mandatory. You can copy it into an email or print it and send it by post.
